Neighborhood

Super clean and quiet neighborhood. We are a small easy to get in and out of single street location. No HOA and very friendly people.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire home, including all outdoor areas, the pool, fishing equipment, the right side of the dock (for safety reasons, please avoid the left side), kayaks, paddleboard, life jackets, and beach equipment stored in the outside closet. NO ACCESS: 1. Our boat lift and boat. (We do have an additional tie up for your boat) 2. Part of the pantry is locked with our personal items. 3. Garage 4. Master bedroom closet

Ample parking for 4 cars in our driveway and 2 in the circle. We are a short mile from all major shopping groceries restaurants etc. We are located 2.5 miles from Indian Rocks Beach on Gulf Blvd.

We had a wonderful stay in Largo at Anthony's place. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. The backyard was peaceful and quiet. Our daughters enjoyed the pool and seeing manatees in the canal near the dock. It was close to several beaches including Indian Rocks Beach and Clearwater. We took advantage of the beach wagon and chairs provided with the home. We used the grill and the washer/dryer and both worked very well. We also loved the living room furniture. Everyone had a comfortable place to sit back and relax after a long day at the beach! We would love to stay again sometime!!!

We had a great stay at Grand Waterfront Bond with Nature Dolphins Manatee. Our children thought the home was the best Airbnb ever. The house was meticulous. We loved starting and ending our days on the back patio. If we ever return to Largo, we would definitely stay here again.

I would highly recommend Anthony‘s place in Largo to stay. It was so beautiful and clean and relaxing, and had great amenities, including Xbox for my teenage boys to play. We definitely look forward to staying in Anthony‘s homes in the future.

Anthony’s home was exactly as shown and perfect for our relaxing stay. The home was well decorated, very clean, and had fantastic amenities. We particularly enjoyed the backyard patio, heated pool, and dock where we saw manatees. We highly recommend this property and would come back the next time we’re in town.

We absolutely loved our stay. The home is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. It was truly the highlight of our vacation. We enjoyed the wildlife when sitting outside. So many fun birds! Our teens loved the kayaks! Anthony was so welcoming and kind. It felt like home away from home. We had everything we needed. We made so many wonderful memories on this trip. It was a very enjoyable stay from start to finish. The first moment we got to the house, we saw a pod of manatees swimming in the canal along the backyard. We spent most of our time relaxing in the backyard as there were plenty of outdoor seating and hammocks along with a pool plus a dock to check out the canal. While I don’t think the immediate surrounding area offered much in terms of places to go via walking, pretty much everything was within driving distance, such as the beach, restaurants, etc. Our host was extremely responsive and quick to answer any questions we had or to give any recommendations he had. This is definitely a place I would recommend to others and somewhere I would stay if I was to return to St. Petersburg in the future.

Our family of 7 loved this stay!! We normally choose to stay on the beach but for spring break opted for something a little different by being on the inter-coastal waters. This house was perfect! There are many beaches nearby to choose from just a short drive away. We liked having that flexibility with a lot of options at the house to enjoy, as well. We loved kayaking and fishing right from the house! We saw dolphins and fishes galore from dock. The “spool” was a favorite option for evening or quick morning swims, while enjoying the views. The covered back porch is an absolute OASIS! Perfect porch sitting any time!! The interior of the home is clean, perfectly decorated and feels high end. There is an Xbox and all the streaming services one could want. We enjoyed movie night most evenings! The house is well stocked!! The layout of the home is ideal with the Master suite on one end and other bedrooms on the other side. Our whole family would recommend this house!! 10/10!

Anthony & Christina were absolutely wonderful hosts. Extremely responsive and proud of the detail and craftsmanship put into their home. This home had an abundance of very fun and practical amenities. Equipped with pretty nigh tech features and cozy amenities. We did enjoy the dolphins, Kayaks and paddle board. Would definitely stay again!
