As you step inside, you’ll notice the luxurious touches throughout, from the beautiful living area with a secret garden in the front to the main family room that offers stunning views of the serene intercoastal waters. We carefully selected local artwork to adorn the house and hired a muralist to paint the art by the front door, pool, and wall. A local sculptor created original tiki poles throughout the property, from the mailbox to the front and back areas. Additionally, a tiki designer from Hawaii built a tiki hut for your outdoor dining or relaxation. This home is so relaxing, you might not want to leave. With plenty of open viewing spaces, you can sit and watch birds, rabbits, and squirrels visit the backyard to feed from one of our four feeders or the squirrel feeder by the back porch. Stroll around to the right and spend some time in the side garden under the jasmine-covered pergola. Feel free to pick a ripe papaya or banana from the trees. You’ll surely enjoy the painted table and hand-carved tiki benches next to the grill. Take the kayaks or paddleboard out for a sunset ride or daytime exploration. The tandem kayak is equipped for fishing with two live wells and spots for your poles. Remember to wear your life jacket, located in the brown bin by the back sliding glass door. You can fish off the dock or simply enjoy the wildlife. Watch egrets drink from the pool, ospreys perch with their catch, or pelicans dive for dinner—there’s always something to entertain you. The full-sized kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal, and there’s a large formal dining table. The BACK living room features electric recliners with built-in USB charging ports, an 85” smart TV with cable and streaming channels, and an Xbox with two controllers that plays through a Sonos Surround Sound system. The FRONT living room features a secret garden viewable only from inside. Relax in the swivel reclining Lazy Boy. This room also includes board games and a queen-size pull-out sofa. Every bedroom in this split-plan home is meticulously maintained, beautifully decorated, and designed for both functionality and comfort. Crews Quarters: Located to the left of the house. The Anchor Room: A comfortable queen bed with headboard lighting and phone chargers both on the bed and nightstands, Large smart TV and lovely sitting chair. There is enough room to put your things in here and be comfortable. The Starfish Room: A Guest Favorite. The Starfish Quarters, features a queen room with an exceptionally comfortable adjustable bed and a view of the waters. You can access the pool from here, and the double-paned glass patio door keeps the noise down if someone is playing in the pool. This spot is sure to be a favorite among your guests—they might even fight over it! Crew's Quarters bathroom: Step into a tropical seaside-themed bathroom, where relaxation meets coastal charm. This serene space features a soothing color palette of blues and sandy beiges, reminiscent of the beach. Natural elements like driftwood accents, seashell decorations, and palm fronds enhance the ambiance. The tub/shower combo offers versatility, perfect for a quick rinse or a leisurely soak. Enjoy the tranquil vibes and seaside decor in this inviting bathroom. Captains Quarters: Situated off the dining room on the right side of the home, the master bedroom offers a water view from the king bed through a sliding glass door. It includes a large smart TV with streaming and cable channels. The attached master bathroom is bright, cheerful, and filled with natural light, perfect for putting on your makeup. The shower is spacious.

Super clean and quiet neighborhood. We are a small easy to get in and out of single street location. No HOA and very friendly people.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire home, including all outdoor areas, the pool, fishing equipment, the right side of the dock (for safety reasons, please avoid the left side), kayaks, paddleboard, life jackets, and beach equipment stored in the outside closet. NO ACCESS: 1. Our boat lift and boat. (We do have an additional tie up for your boat) 2. Part of the pantry is locked with our personal items. 3. Garage 4. Master bedroom closet
